A Little Bit About Christou & Co Real Estate

About Louis
Having purchased my 1st home on 8th April, 1984 with many interesting
real estate experiences along the way, I decided to leave the “ job
security “ with Telecom and have a go at real estate. In 1985 I joined my
father who established the agency in 1981 but has been working in real
estate since 1957.
In 1990 I established a branch office at 65 Silverdale Road, Eaglemont.
In 1992 I bought 77 Silverdale Road, Eaglemont, represented myself at
Administrative Appeals Tribunal ( now VCAT ) to obtain the permit
resulting in the merging of our two offices to where we still operate to
this day.
